Fredrix makes my favorite canvas, a new product called Watercolor Artist Canvas. It works well with all water media, and accepts acrylics beautifully. I buy mine by the roll, and stretch it myself.
When I'm not painting on canvas, my surface of choice is Multimedia Artboard. Its bright white color and archival qualities keep my colors glowing!
Liquitex makes my favorite artist's acrylic paint, Medium Viscosity Artist's Colors. These heavily pigmented paints are a key to my ability to create bright, saturated colors in my paintings.
